Fees and Guidelines for Shore Track Coaches Meets - Referees/Clerks/Starters - 110.00 - All Other Positions - 100.00 - Starters, when signing out will identify the number and type of shells they have used. (eg 2 boxes 22 caliber; 5 boxes of 209 caliber) These will be paid in addition to the starter fee. - Covers 1 hour before the meet - and 4 hours of the meet - after 4 1/4 hours - 20.00 per hour overtime - The Referee will sign everyone in and sign everyone out. - Adjustments shall be made if someone signs in late and has not notified the referee directly (that they will be late) (-10.00) - Adjustment will be made if the official does not sign out with the referee (-10.00) - No Adjustment will be made if someone signs out early AND the referee determines they (the official) has no additional duties. - You must show up on time! - You must do your job!!!! - If you don't you WILL NOT BE PAID

Sportsmanship Statement to be read at all meets The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association requires officials to enforce all rules regarding unsportsmanlike conduct by coaches and players. There will be no tolerance for negative statements or actions between opposing players or coaches. This includes taunting, baiting, berating opponents, or “trash talking” or actions that ridicule or cause embarrassment to them. It also includes harassing conduct related to race, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or religion. If such comments are heard, a penalty will be assessed immediately. We have been instructed not to issue warnings. It is your responsibility to remind your team of this policy.
